As Talent Business Partner you will closely work with business leaders to align on the Talent strategy, providing a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical support and programs to support the organization, with a primary focus on managing end to end the talent acquisition lifecycle (including sourcing, interviewing, closing and onboarding candidates for the assigned roles).

🧙 What you’ll do

  • responsible for handling all aspects of recruiting and selection (job ads, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates) for assigned job openings.
  • assist with filling current openings, backfill positions, and building a pipeline for upcoming opportunities.
  • advertise existing vacancies utilizing social content and actively source candidates leveraging social media to attract talent and develop candidate engagement for the current and future opportunities.
  • deliver recruitment status reports (weekly & ad-hoc).
  • ensure accurate data is updated in the HR tools.
  • assists with creating the hiring documentation (Labor contract, annexes to the contract with additional clauses, verifies all documents necessary for the personnel file, etc).
  • assist with keeping personnel files up to date.
  • assist with planning and implementing employee engagement events (teambuilding, Special Fridays, etc.).
  • proactive involvement in all HR & Administration initiatives.

 

🧙 Who you are

  • Up to 12 months of experience in IT recruitment.
  • University degree (HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with sourcing and headhunting techniques.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Upper/ Intermediate English communication skills.
  • Flexible and well-motivated.
  • Initiative, ownership, creativity, passion.
